Kearbey Dental Group is your local CEREC® dentist for single-visit tooth restorations.
At Kearbey Dental Group we begin by discussing every detail of the CEREC® process. Once the procedure begins, we take a specialized photo of the tooth in need of restoration. The photo is taken with a specialized camera, which sends the photo into the CEREC® computer. Here, the computer uses the photo as a "map" for your new crown. Once the digital rendering is complete, our CEREC® machine will mill the new crown from a piece of ceramic color-matched to your teeth. Your new crown is finished quickly and ready for placement! A special adhesive is used to bond the ceramic crown to your tooth.
CEREC® is a state-of-the-art dental technology that eliminates the need of a dental lab for the creation of a crown. If fact, with CEREC® you can have your new crown measured, milled, and placed, all during the same dental visit! Your smile will look beautiful in the end, and CEREC® will make crowns that keep your teeth looking natural and feeling strong. We use high-grade ceramic with our crowns that are compatible with the natural tissue already inside of your mouth. Your smile will feel great, and look even better!
At Kearbey Dental Group, we value your time. We want you to enjoy the things that matter, and as much as we love what we do, we know that a dental chair is nobody's favorite place to be. That's where CEREC comes in! The standard procedure for a crown used to involve taking an uncomfortable mold of your mouth and having to wait a week or two while an off-site dental lab creates your new crown. With CEREC, we can measure, mill, and place your new dental crown all in the same visit! Hows that for convenience?
